Unfortunately, while "the church" has done many great things throughout history...it has also done some terrible things. Many religious individuals, believing they were right, have been horribly wrong in their approach and communication of sharing who Jesus really is. As a result, most people (in fact over 85% of our community) want nothing to do with church or God - which is understandable! This Sunday we are going to shed light on those things that have actually hurt (not helped) people. Not only are we looking into what has been out of line with the love that Jesus is really about...we are going to apologize, REALLY!
